Instructions for Removing the Front Bumper

Model: Mazda 6 GG, MK 1 - Years 2002-2008
Part: Front bumper

Open the front bonnet; remove the push clips located along the edge of the bumper, specifically inside the wheel arches; then unclip those near the headlights and unscrew the screws adjacent to the clips just removed; additional screws can be found along the lower edge of the bumper, corresponding to the splash guard. At this point, disconnect the power connectors for the fog lights and side indicators, and finally unscrew the screws that secure the bumper to the wing: unclip the bumper from the wing and pull it forward to complete the removal, taking care not to damage it.
