On the Mercedes M-Class, all fuses are contained within designated fuse boxes installed in the vehicle: this type of car has two boxes for holding fuses. The first is located at the bottom left of the engine compartment, near the right front headlamp; it contains the fuses for the alternator, fuel pump, instrument cluster, etc. The second box is positioned in the lower part of the boot; this contains the fuses for the rear lights, parking sensors, cigarette lighter, etc.
