Operation: How to replace the front headlights on the Mercedes Vito W638.

In this video, we see how to replace the front headlight of the Mercedes Vito W638: we start by unscrewing the fastening element of the radiator grille, which we will then remove. We then need to remove the fastening element of the turn signal; this too must be removed by disconnecting the connector. Now we can reach the headlight, and here too we will remove the connector, then with pliers we detach the intake pipe from the headlight regulator, then from the outside we unscrew the fastening elements of the headlight itself. Now we can remove it. Having it at hand, we can remove the fastener of the protective cover of the headlight, and the rear cover. We disconnect the bulb connectors, then remove the fasteners and finally the bulbs. Never touch the new bulbs with bare hands: they will be damaged. We install the new bulbs in their sockets and secure them with the fasteners. Reconnect the electrical connections and install the covers with their fasteners. Now we put the headlight back in place, securing it with its screws, connect the intake pipe from the back, spray the headlight connectors with a suitable spray and reconnect them, do the same with the turn signal, then install the radiator grille. Operation completed.
