How to Replace the Front Headlight on a Mercedes Vito W638

This video shows how to replace the front headlight on a Mercedes Vito W638. Start by unscrewing the fixing element of the radiator grille, which you will then remove. Next, remove the fixing element of the indicator; disconnect the connector to do this. Now you can access the headlight, disconnect the connector, then use pliers to detach the intake pipe from the headlight adjuster. From the outside, unscrew the fixing elements of the headlight itself. Now you can remove it. With it in hand, remove the retaining clip of the headlight protective cover and the rear cover. Disconnect the bulb connectors, then remove the clips and finally the bulbs. Never touch new bulbs with bare hands as they will be damaged. Install the new bulbs in their sockets and secure them with the clips. Reconnect the electrical connectors and install the covers with their clips. Now, refit the headlight, securing it with its screws, reconnect the intake pipe from the rear, spray the headlight connectors with a suitable spray and reconnect them, do the same with the indicator, then install the radiator grille. Task completed.
