To replace the clutch you need a good knowledge of general mechanics as well as a minimum of equipment: the ideal would be to lift the car on a bridge rather than use the stands; in any case, it is necessary to remove the left front wheel (i.e. the one on the gearbox side) and then disconnect the tie rod of the steering box, the head of the oscillating arm in order to free the hub, also removing the brake caliper, the connection arm to the suspension and finally being able to extract the drive shaft; remove the plastic cover on the engine, the air filter container, the battery and the relative support plate to facilitate access to the gearbox, freeing it from the various wiring and ground cable; therefore remove the gearbox support cross member by disconnecting the muffler support rubber and the gear control levers; drain the oil from the gearbox before removing the drive shaft, disassemble the starter motor and apply a support bar to which the engine and gearbox itself can be connected during disassembly. Once the pins fixing the gearbox to the engine and the relative support support have been removed, extract it from its seat with the aid of a jack and proceed with the replacement of the clutch by removing the pins of the disc pusher along its circumference (in this case the flywheel is single mass and generally does not need to be replaced). Use the specific centering shaft to install the new clutch, replace the thrust bearing inside the gearbox, grease the forks and proceed backwards to reinstall everything, paying attention to inserting the drive shaft without forgetting the seeger ring. locking.
