How to replace the engine oil filter of the Opel Astra

Replacing the oil filter and engine oil on the Opel Astra model H is a simple and quick operation to perform independently. To start, open the hood and remove the oil filter cap located inside the hood. Remove the filter and insert a new one; close the cap and move on to replacing the engine oil. Open the engine oil tank and then lift the vehicle and open the oil pan nut; let the oil flow into a container and then close the oil pan nut. Fill the oil tank with new engine oil and close the hood.
