In this video we can see the disaster of the timing belt of this Peugeot 3008, which is literally falling apart and the debris is all in the oil filter, completely clogged by pieces of the belt itself. Obviously the oil pressure light came on and the car was stopped urgently, at a fairly low mileage, 40,000 miles (just over 63,000 kilometers). The consequence is that the belt, filter, water and oil pump, and of course the engine oil and filter must be changed. And it went well because if the belt had broken it would have caused much greater damage to the engine.
