This video shows the layout and diagram of the fuse boxes for the Peugeot Partner in its B9 version from 2008 to 2011. The cabin fuse box is located on the left side of the steering wheel, between the wheel and the driver's door. In this box, you can find the cigarette lighter fuse, which actually functions as a power socket and is fuse number 9, the first fuse after the first two positions stacked vertically.

A second box is located within the engine compartment, to the right of the 12-volt battery.
