How to replace the windshield of the Toyota Aygo?

In order to replace the windshield of the Toyota Aygo you have to start by loosening the bolts that secure the arm of the wipers and the relative blades. Subsequently, by opening the hood, it will be possible to detach the clips and screws that secure the plastic grille located at the base of the windshield. Next, you have to go inside the passenger compartment to remove the pillar covers, so that a cable can be inserted between the windshield and the bodywork. By moving the cable around the perimeter, the windshield will begin to detach and it will then be possible to replace it with a new one.

Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands, remove the front wheels, and then the front bumper and grille. Proceed to remove the front headlights; drain the coolant, remove the intercooler radiator and the hoses connecting it to the intake system.
