Today we will discover the main information on how to disassemble and replace the timing belt of the Volkswagen Crafter 2.0 TDI. First, we open the vehicle's engine hood and start disassembling and removing the air filter box, then removing the engine support; we then remove the distribution cover, then removing the crankshaft pulley and disconnecting the V-belt.

At this point, we take the necessary references for the replacement of the timing belt, installing the new original one; if necessary, we also replace the water pump kit.
