How to replace the oil filter of the Volkswagen Tiguan 1

The following video tutorial shows us the steps to replace the oil filter and engine oil of the Volkswagen Tiguan model 1. We open the oil tank cap and using the jack stands we lift and rest the vehicle so as to have access to the oil pan. We remove the plastic base and unscrew the bolt, using an 18 mm wrench. Using an 18 mm wrench with extension, we unscrew the oil filter and replace it. After replacing the filter, we tighten the oil pan nut and lower the vehicle to the ground. We pour the new oil into the tank.
