How to drain the engine oil of the Volkswagen Tiguan

Model: Volkswagen Tiguan BW, MK 2, AD - Years 2016-2025
Part: Engine oil

Today we will explain how to drain the oil from the tank of the Volkswagen Tiguan model produced from 2018 to 2021. To perform this operation, we need to open the front hood and unscrew the oil tank cap to create greater pressure for complete drainage. Using a torque wrench, we remove the nut from the oil pan and let the used oil flow into a previously positioned plastic container. Once the oil has finished draining, we close the nut. The used engine oil must be disposed of according to the guidelines of your municipality if the operation is done independently; if it is done at a workshop, the workshop will take care of the disposal.

How to Reset the Tyre Pressure Light on the Opel Grandland X

While driving, if you notice the tyre pressure warning light coming on, first check the actual inflation pressure of the tyres and, if necessary, restore the pressures recommended by the manufacturer. After restoring the correct pressures, you need to reset the warning light that has illuminated on the instrument cluster. To do this, locate the reset button on the lower central console. Press this button and hold it down for at least 3 seconds, after which the low pressure indication will turn off.
