Model: Volkswagen New Beetle MK 2, 9C - Years 1999-2012
Part: Cabin air filter
Operation: Cabin air filter replacement on Volkswagen Beetle

Remove the upper central plastic protection located near the windshield, behind the central dashboard. To do this you will have to hit this plastic so that it comes off the hooks. Unscrew the two torx t20 bolts. At this point, use a plastic lever to detach the lateral plastic on the passenger side, always the one near the windscreen. Here too there will be the t20 bolts to unscrew, in this case there are five. Once you have arrived here, you can remove the plastic protection and access the pollen filter: remove it, clean the compartment and insert the new filter.
