The cabin air filter of the Volkswagen New Beetle is located inside the cabin, specifically inside the upper dashboard. To replace the filter, it is necessary to remove the dashboard and the protective grille, using a plastic lever and then a screwdriver. Once the connector is disconnected, we can proceed to remove the filter containment grille and the filter itself. After thoroughly cleaning the housing, we insert the new filter and reassemble the removed parts of the dashboard. The cabin air filter must be replaced every six months.
