In this brief video, we will see the instructions and tools that will allow us to reset the engine warning light on a Volkswagen Polo 9N; this procedure must be performed after resolving the issue that caused the warning light to illuminate. The first test you can perform to reset the light is to disconnect the two battery terminals to reset the vehicle's ECU; if this does not suffice for the reset, you will need to use a diagnostic tool connected to the vehicle's OBD port: this will allow us to scan for errors and proceed with resetting the engine warning light!
