Removing the Water Pump and Thermostat on a Volkswagen Golf 7 GTI

In this video, you will find step-by-step instructions to remove and replace the water pump along with the thermostat on the seventh generation Volkswagen Golf, GTI version. First, remove the screws from the upper plastic cover using a Torx screwdriver; then disconnect the cooling system hoses: lift the vehicle and remove the entire radiator hose. Next, remove the air filter box and disconnect the water pump belt along with the thermostat; unscrew the fixing screws to remove it; follow the video to fully understand all the steps!
