Lowering the Window with the Remote Control

This tutorial explains how to lower the window of a Volkswagen Passat from the outside using the remote control. The handle on the driver's side has a small slot; by inserting the tip of the key and prying, you can remove the small panel that covers the door lock hole. By inserting the key into the lock, you can open and close the window simply by turning the key counterclockwise and clockwise, respectively. The same operation can be performed remotely using the remote control by simply holding down the door unlock button to lower the window and the lock button to raise it.
