In this brief guide, you will find the main instructions for removing and replacing the diesel injectors on a Volkswagen Golf 1.9 TDI. First, open the bonnet of your car and begin by disconnecting the intake hose, loosening the metal clamp; then unscrew the fixing bolts of the EGR valve to remove it, as shown in the video.

Next, remove the timing cover and unscrew the bolts of the cylinder head cover; disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the injectors, replacing them with new ones!
