In this video, you can see where the reverse switch is located in the Volkswagen Polo and how to proceed if you need to replace it, a very simple and quick operation. As shown, the switch is positioned in the lower area of the vehicle, right on the transmission wall.

To access it and then remove it, first go underneath the engine compartment, then remove the indicated panel by unscrewing the relevant fixing screws. Next, unscrew the sensor using a 22mm spanner, separate it from the bracket, and disconnect the connector.

To install the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
