The steps to replace the battery of the Volkswagen Polo model mk4 are: -open the hood; -unscrew the screw on the bracket; -remove the plastic cover; -unscrew the negative terminal clamp; -unscrew the positive terminal clamp; -release the lower clips that hold the battery; -remove the battery; -insert the new battery; -attach the lower clips; -connect the positive terminal clamp; -connect the negative terminal clamp; -close the plastic cover; -screw the screw on the bracket; -close the front hood; After completing all the steps, test the battery by starting the engine.
