The steps to replace the battery of the Volkswagen Polo model mk4 are: - open the bonnet; - unscrew the bolt on the bracket; - remove the plastic cover; - unscrew the negative terminal; - unscrew the positive terminal; - unclip the lower clips that secure the battery; - remove the battery; - insert the new battery; - reclip the lower clips; - connect the positive terminal; - connect the negative terminal; - close the plastic cover; - screw the bolt back on the bracket; - close the front bonnet; After completing all steps, test the battery operation by starting the engine.
