How do you turn off the Service light on the Volvo V40?

The Service indicator on the Volvo V40 can be reset by turning on the instrument panel by turning the ignition key and then holding down the OK button located at the end of the lever to the left of the steering wheel. In this way, a red indicator light will start flashing and when it disappears completely, you can turn off the instrument panel. At this point, you will need to turn it back on again, noting that the Service indicator will have disappeared from the instrument panel. You can verify that the indicator has disappeared by turning the panel off and on again.
