How to Reset the Service Light on a Volvo XC90

To completely clear the Service light displayed on the instrument cluster of the Volvo XC90, press and hold the button located on the left side of the steering wheel while the instrument cluster is off. While holding the button, insert the ignition key into the ignition switch and then turn on the engine using the appropriate button; this will cause the maintenance light to start flashing, and you can release the button when the light becomes steady. After completing the process, you can turn off the instrument cluster to confirm the reset of the Service light.
