To replace the battery in a remote for a Volvo XC90, follow these simple instructions. Start by releasing the cover where the Volvo logo is located; to do this, press the lever at the top of the key. Inside, you will find the emergency key, useful for opening the car door. Once the first cover is opened, you will find a second internal lever that will allow you to release the second cover, giving you access to the battery compartment. Using a screwdriver or even a coin, turn the cover to the open position and remove it. Replace the battery and perform the reverse operations to close the remote.
