Replacing the Front Headlight Assembly on a Chevrolet Silverado [USA]

Model: Chevrolet Silverado MK 1 - Years 2019-2026

Open the hood and remove the 12 clips that secure the front cover of the engine compartment. Take off the cover and proceed to unscrew the 4 bolts using a ratchet and a 10 mm socket. Next, you need to remove the front fascia located above the bumper; this fascia is secured with bolts on the right and left sides. Carefully take off the fascia to avoid breaking the clips, then unscrew the 4 bolts securing the engine cooling grille and remove the grille itself. At this point, you have access to the headlight assembly. Using a ratchet with a 10 mm socket, remove the 4 bolts, two on the top and two on the bottom, and the headlight will be free. Finally, disconnect the electrical connector. Take the new headlight assembly and reverse all the steps described above.
