Chrysler Pt Cruiser - Video tutorial

Model: Chrysler Pt Cruiser MK 1 - Years 2000-2010
Part: Radiator
Operation: How to disassemble the cooling radiator on Chrysler Pt Cruiser

Let's see how to disassemble the cooling radiator on Chrysler Pt Cruiser. We open the engine hood, disassemble the front bumper (if necessary for disassembly of the radiator) with a socket wrench; we remove the plates that block the radiator in the upper part, then we lift the car on a column bridge and we loosen the clamp of the water hose. We detach the various sleeves for conveying the refrigeration liquid (we unscrew the lock that blocks the front hood if it hinders the extraction). Once the radiator is free from screws and pipes: we can extract the fan kit and immediately after the radiator from the engine compartment. Let's get ready to mount the new piece in the engine compartment: mount the cooling fans, clamps, pins and various pipes.
