Replacing the Battery on a Citroen Xsara Picasso

Do you want to remove the battery from the Citroen Xsara Picasso? Here’s how to take out the battery from the Citroen. Open the car door and lift the driver’s seat; the battery is underneath it (in other cars, it is usually located in the engine bay). Unscrew the bolts securing the seat above the sliding rails. Remove the seat, then the plastic cover of the battery. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the securing bolts of the battery terminals. Remove the old battery using the plastic handle and install a new one, tightening the power terminals. Close the battery compartment and refit the previously removed seat.
