To reset the "Service" light on a Ford F150, turn on the ignition without starting the engine. Use the buttons on the steering wheel to access the onboard computer menu.

Typically, the "Menu" button will allow you to navigate through the various options displayed on the screen. Once in the menu, use the directional arrows to find the section dedicated to maintenance or service intervals.
