How do you reset the automatic transmission of Ford vehicles?

It will be possible to perform the reset operation of the automatic transmission of Ford vehicles by inserting the ignition key into the corresponding lock: then you can press the ignition button without starting the engine. You can now hold down the accelerator pedal for about fifteen seconds: in this way, you can then release the pedal and turn off the ignition.
