To reset the Service light displayed on the instrument cluster of the Ford Transit, press and hold the accelerator and brake pedals simultaneously, then turn the key to activate the instrument cluster. Wait about twenty seconds before releasing the pedals and turning off the ignition.

Now, turn it back on, navigate the menu that appears on the display using the directional arrows on the right side of the steering wheel. By selecting the "Maintenance" option, you will see the remaining oil life, confirming that it has returned to maximum and that the reset has been completed.
