How to Reset the Oil Light on a Ford C Max?

After changing the engine oil, you need to turn off the corresponding light. With the instrument cluster off, press the brake and accelerator pedals simultaneously and fully. Without releasing them, turn on the instrument cluster. On the dashboard display, you will see the message "service oil reset in prog." indicating that the oil light is resetting. After a few seconds, this message will disappear, and you will see "service oil reset complete," confirming that the reset was successful. You can now release the pedals and turn off the instrument cluster.
