This guide shows how to reset the engine oil life on the GMC Yukon GMT 900. To perform the operation, access the button panel located on the right side of the steering wheel, on the vehicle's center console. With the instrument cluster on, press the second button on the right side of the steering wheel to display the engine oil life percentage. At this point, press and hold the last button on the button panel to the right of the steering wheel to reset the percentage. Another method to reset the oil life is to press the accelerator pedal three times with the instrument cluster on.
