How to Install a Xenon HID Kit

This tutorial explains how to install a xenon headlight kit on a Hyundai Sonata. After opening the bonnet, the headlight kit to be installed, the wiring, and the necessary tools are shown. First, remove the halogen bulb located on the passenger side and disconnect its electrical connection. Repeat the same step for the driver’s side bulb. Driver's side headlight: to install the xenon headlight, use the plastic cover from the replaced headlight but drill a hole of the correct diameter to insert the new headlight and its wiring. Position the headlight correctly in its place and attend to the wiring connections: the yellow wires must face upwards, the black wire must connect at the top, and the blue wire at the bottom. The video specifies that for the installation of the passenger headlight, do not wire the two connectors (blue and black) to the fork. At this point, connect the kit wiring to the car battery, ensuring the polarity matches. Use a 10 mm ratchet spanner to connect the fork connectors to the battery terminals. Prepare and clean the areas where the control units will be placed. They will be fixed using double-sided plates, after which the lamp connectors can be connected to them.
