The driver airbag is fixed to the steering wheel by means of two lateral pins: behind the steering wheel there are in fact two lateral holes through which it is possible to access the fixing pins; then insert the torx type key inside the hole and unscrew the fixing pin, first on one side and then on the other, remove the airbag from the steering wheel, release the detonator sockets by first extracting the relative safety tabs and the horn power supply. If you want to prevent the airbag failure warning light from coming on, it is advisable to disconnect the battery before disconnecting the sockets.
