Let's see together how to disassemble and replace the PVC valves of a Mazda. We lift the car on a column bridge and place it at the preferred height. We unscrew the pin for oil leakage from the In the engine compartment we disconnect the battery clamps, the clamps from the pipes in the engine seats, we remove the air filter kit in such a way as to get to disassemble the throttle body. Disassemble the plastic panel on the engine head and remove the oil rod. We use a vacuum cleaner to get rid of any dirt debris that is harmful to our engine. We disconnect the power supply terminals and unscrew all the pins of the smoke purge block and remove it out of the engine compartment. We disassemble the PVC valves with a screwdriver and mount the new ones. Now let's get ready to assemble the block following all the pins in the right seats, then, carefully clean the valve attached to it and reassemble it with the suitable gasket. We tighten the pins with a suitable socket wrench and reconnect all power plugs and sleeve clamps. Let's remember the assembly of the air box.
