Throttle body recalibration of the Renault Megane II

In this video, we see how to recalibrate the throttle body of the Megane II: this operation is necessary when the engine revs are high at idle, or the engine stalls after starting (if the accelerator is not pressed); the operation is irregular and fuel consumption is high. These problems often appear after cleaning the throttle body or disconnecting the battery. The procedure is simple and does not require tools, only patience. The goal is to allow the ECU to relearn the "zero" position of the throttle. We disconnect the negative terminal of the battery, wait 20 minutes, reconnect the battery, insert the key and turn on the ignition, wait 5 minutes, turn off and remove the key for 10 seconds, and then drive for about twenty kilometers, to complete the adaptation of the ECU.
