Installation of Steering Wheel Controls

Model: Suzuki Swift MK 4, Rs41 - Years 2004-2010

In this second part of the video, you will see the procedure for installing the wiring for the radio controls located on the steering wheel of a British Suzuki Swift. The dashboard with the air vent grilles has already been unclipped and remains attached only via the wiring, which you will disconnect. From the removed section, detach the radio block using pliers; now refit the panel with the ventilation grilles while keeping the wiring socket at the height of the radio compartment. Position the internal mask of the radio block in the compartment and, using a screwdriver, secure its clips. Now connect the steering wheel control wiring, matching the colours as per the visual sequence. The single wiring harness must be connected to the back of the new radio block; also connect the two side plugs to the back of the radio, then insert all connections into the compartment. Before inserting the radio block, check the functionality of the steering wheel controls.
