Driving commands and E-CVT transmission features of the Toyota Yaris Cross.

In this video we discover what are the driving commands of the Toyota Yaris Cross Hybrid: on the driver's door panel there are the commands for the door lock, window lock, power windows, and mirror adjustment. The headlight controls are concentrated on the lever to the left of the steering wheel, with the auto function adjusting the headlight operation based on the ambient brightness. On the right side, there is the windshield wiper/rear wiper control; pulling the lever towards the steering wheel activates the windshield washer, while pushing it towards the dashboard activates the rear windshield washer. The car starts with the "power" button, pressing the brake and the gear in "P" position. The E-CVT transmission has the functionalities of an automatic transmission: "P" for parking, "R" for reverse, "N" for neutral, "D" for drive; "B" is the engine brake position, for going downhill without keeping the foot on the brake. On the central tunnel, we have the button for the electric parking brake, which however activates automatically when the car is stopped with the lever in "P" position. Through the "Driving mode" button, the modes "eco", "normal", or "power" can be selected, impacting fuel consumption. The EV button allows the car to proceed in completely electric mode as long as the battery is fully charged.
