Remove Front Bumper from a VW Passat

Model: Volkswagen Passat 3BG, B5 - Years 1996-2005

Removing the bumper from a Volkswagen Passat, let's see how. Lift the front bonnet of the car, remove the front grille located at the centre of the bumper. Remove the fastening screws located at the top of the bumper. Once the screws at the top are removed, unscrew the screws located in the wheel arch liners (remove the pins located at the bottom of the bumper if present). Detach the bumper from the bodywork using your hands. Disconnect the electrical cables from above the bumper. Fit the new bumper with all the associated parts. Perform the necessary maintenance and close the front bonnet.
