Removing the airbag in the Volkswagen Polo is an extremely simple and fast operation, let's see how to proceed in this tutorial. First of all, in order to operate in safety and avoid accidental activation of the same, we disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. Let's start by going inside the passenger compartment, after which we identify the two holes located on the sides of the steering column cover. Then insert a screwdriver inside them, pry and release the fixing clips. At this point we can remove the airbag from the steering wheel and disconnect the power connector.
