Where to Find the Fuse Boxes of the Volkswagen Polo Mk5

The fuse box in the cabin of the Volkswagen Polo Mk5 is located just below the steering wheel, under a plastic cover. The one for the engine compartment is physically located on the 12-volt starter battery, connected to the positive terminal. In the instrument panel fuse box, for example, fuse #15 controls the windscreen wiper pump; #27 relates to the reverse lights; F42 is for the cigarette lighter (power socket); #45 is for the audio system; #49 is for the fuel pump relay; #54 controls the front fog lights; and #56 is for the daytime running lights.
