How to Remove the EGR Valve on a Volkswagen Jetta?

In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the EGR valve on a Volkswagen Jetta. Before proceeding, ensure the engine is completely cold to operate safely. Start by opening the bonnet, then remove the plastic engine cover, locate the valve, and disconnect all the hoses connected to it. Next, remove the lower manifold by unscrewing the relevant bolts with a 6mm hex key, unscrew the upper bolts with a 5mm key, and separate the valve from the bracket. To install the replacement and reassemble everything, simply follow the reverse procedure.
