How to Reset the "Service" Light on a Volvo XC40

Model: Volvo Xc40 MK 1 - Years 2017-2026

Before you begin, sit in the driver's seat of your Volvo XC40. Start by activating the instrument cluster without starting the engine. Then, press and hold the lower selection button on the multifunction steering wheel. While holding it, start the engine. At this point, continue to hold the button for four seconds, then turn off the engine. By doing this, when you restart the vehicle, the "Service" light will be off, and you will have completed the reset.
