Disassembly of the Fiat 500 Engine

In this video tutorial, you will learn how to disassemble the components of a first series Fiat 500 engine. First, remove all the bolts from the oil sump found around the frame: then, lever it out as shown in the video. Next, unscrew the internal 10 mm nuts and also remove the cylinder head, cylinders, and finally the pistons: to remove the pistons, disassemble the connecting rod and pull the pistons out of the cylinders; now remove the fuel pump and take off the dynamo bracket, using a 13 mm spanner; finally, disassemble the flywheel and clutch!
