How to Reset the Engine Oil Change Message on the Ford Escape Mk2

This guide shows how to reset the oil change light on the Ford Escape Mk2. This procedure can be performed with the engine running. To complete the procedure, operate the buttons on the left side of the steering wheel, at the bottom of the dashboard. Press the "INFO" button or the "SETUP" button until the next instruction appears. You will need to press the "RESET" button to complete the reset of the light. At this point, by pressing the "SETUP" button and then "RESET", you can reset the engine oil life to 100%. Turn off the instrument cluster and then turn it back on to check that the operation has been completed correctly.
