How to Remove the Front Headlight of a Ford F350 Super Duty p558

This guide shows how to replace the front headlight of a Ford F350 Super Duty p558. After opening the hood and removing the radiator protective panel, unscrew the eight 10mm bolts that secure the front grille. Pull this piece forward to remove it. To detach the headlight assembly, you need to unscrew four 10mm bolts located on the sides of the headlight itself. If you cannot access the bolt located at the bottom of the headlight, it is recommended to loosen the bumper by unscrewing the two screws in the wheel well and the four near the tow hook. Do not unscrew them completely as the bumper is very heavy. Pull the headlight assembly forward while being careful of the electrical wires. Disconnect the connectors to remove the headlight.
