- Years 2020-2024 If you own a Ford Kuga Mk3 (year 2023) and want to learn how to manually reset the engine oil warning light that appears on the dashboard display, all you have to do is follow these simple steps. First, turn on the ignition and immediately press the menu button located on the right side of the steering wheel. Then scroll down and find the "Settings" option. Select it and then navigate through the various options until you find "oil life". Press on it and finally, hold down the "OK" button to complete the reset of the warning light.
