Ford Focus - Video tutorial
Model: Ford Focus
MK 3
- Years 2011-2018 To replace the clutch of the Ford Focus, first we need to open the front hood and then with an 8mm hex key remove the screws on the cover of the air filter box. Then we remove the electrical connection of the debimeter and the seal clamp. Once the car battery is disconnected, by removing the poles, we can remove it by removing the two 10mm nuts on the support bracket. Now we can focus on the clutch area. First, disconnect the gear linkage from the cord supports and the ball joint. Remove the heat shield from the catalytic converter by unscrewing the nuts and also remove the catalytic converter seal ring. Once the bulky parts are removed from the front hood, we need to lift the car to remove the engine cover, so we can completely remove the catalytic converter. Also remove the half shaft from the gearbox side and remove all the clutch bolts. Once removed, we move on to replacing the thrust bearing and hydraulic pump using a 10mm key. Also remove the clutch disc and replace it with a new one. Then we start assembling the disassembled parts by following the reverse procedure.

Frequently Asked QuestionsHow to reset the tire pressure warning light on Dacia Sandero?Let's see below how it is possible to reset the low tire pressure signal on the car: first of all it is necessary to check the correct tire pressure by comparing it with the pressures reported in the use and maintenance manual. After that, turn on the ignition and locate the command on the right side of the steering wheel at the top that allows you to access the on-board computer menu, then select the car symbol, after which select the "up arrow" command up to that the indication "tire pressure" appears on the display. At that point, press the "Ok" control on the steering wheel and keep it pressed to reset the signal. by ScegliAuto More videos
