How to replace the timing belt of the Ford Focus 3

Today we will explain how to replace the timing belt of the Ford Focus model 3. The model of the belt to be used for this type of vehicle is the "CT1162WP2". We begin the replacement by removing the starter motor, the engine support, the Poly-V belt, and the tensioner. During the removal of the starter motor, it is advisable to insert a plastic tool to block the rear flywheel and loosen the pulley more easily. We then remove the pulley and the engine support bearing and remove the timing belt cover. We then screw back the engine shaft screw and unscrew those of the belt drive so that we can finally remove it. Now we move on to the replacement. We insert the belt and mount the drive, insert the pulley and the bearing, tighten the pulley, and reassemble the starter motor.
