Removing the Original Car Radio

Model: Hyundai Santa Fe MK 2 - Years 2006-2012

Remove the screws securing the knee pad on the driver's side to slightly move it away from its position (this is necessary to allow the removal of the central trim); detach the trim present in the centre of the dashboard using a plastic lever. Unscrew the screws securing the air vents and remove the cover grille of the central speaker by taking out the two screws underneath: then detach the air vents along with the frame and the hazard light buttons. At this point, you can unscrew the screws securing the car radio and pull it out of its position by disconnecting the connectors.
