Operation: Replacing the front speakers

Lower the door glass and unscrew the screw located in the opening handle compartment. Unscrew the various screws on the side. Use a plastic tool to pry between the bodywork and the door trim until it is lifted. Gently lift the plastic molding from the bottom by releasing all the catches using the plastic tool. With your fingers also release the catches on the top until you remove the entire block, paying attention to the speaker cables. Unhook the control unit connector and unscrew all the screws that hold the loudspeaker assembly in place. Unscrew the four screws holding the original speaker located under the gasket. Remove the speaker and the wires connected to it. Insulate the fastons with a round of insulating tape and gently tighten them with pliers. Connect the fastons to the new loudspeaker and fix it in place using the four screws. Remove the protective paper from the new gasket and place it around the speaker. Refit the speaker assembly in the door and reconnect the connector. Remove the door pillar molding and remove the tweeter which will be replaced with the new one.
