How to perform the maintenance service for the Peugeot Boxer.

Thanks to the following video tutorial, we can independently perform the maintenance service on the Peugeot Boxer. The kit for replacing the oil, cabin filter, air filter, and diesel filter can be purchased online or at auto parts stores. Before carrying out the oil and filter replacement, we open the front hood and remove the oil filler cap to allow the oil to drain out more easily. To replace the oil filter, we need to lift the vehicle on a lift to access the oil pan. Using a 13 mm socket wrench, we unscrew the nut from the oil pan and let the used oil drain into a container. Once finished, we screw the nut back on. For the oil filter replacement, we need to use a filter removal tool to access the inside of the housing and replace the filter and the gasket. The filter we will use is from Bosch. After inserting the filter, we screw the housing back on using the wrench. We pour the amount of oil specified in the maintenance manual into the oil reservoir. With the hood still open, we unscrew the cover of the air filter housing and proceed with the replacement; the housing is located next to the engine. On the lower left side, there is the diesel filter housing that needs to be replaced. We open the cover of the housing and then proceed with the replacement. We tighten the cover nut with a 30 Nm torque wrench. During the replacement, we open the tap to drain the diesel. Once finished, we prime the filter by starting the engine and allowing the diesel to flow. To replace the headlight bulb on the right and left sides, we need to disconnect the bulb connector and carry out the replacement.
